I just want to say a huge thank you to all of you who have jumped in and done so with such great spirit. Thats what makes The Island. It isn't what I do or where we are located, it's you people and I thank you for being who and what you are.

Under neath the post in yellow it says "PM". If you want to PM that person that just made the post click on it & a clean screen will come up.. Type & then send.

I can't get my signature moved over for some reason.....

I think EM was having a problem with that too. I wonder if she figured it out yet.

In your profile, go to Preferences and then set "Always attach my signature" to yes. That should fix the siggy problem.

Also, your siggy won't show up in your old posts. Only new ones you make after fixing the setting. Hope this helps. :cat:

Yep, I had to do exactly what My said. You have to tell it to always post your signature first. To do that, go to Profile (the mask icon that looks like this: ), then Preferences (which will be just below all the icons, where it says Information, Preferences, Signature, Avatar, Watched Topics, and so on), and click "yes" on the ninth option from the top (the option is "always attach my signature").

Other than that, it should work just like the other forum, but like My said, you have to make a new post to see the signature. It will only show the signature on posts you made after you made the change to "yes" on that option.

I started trying to thank the people who took the time and did all the work moving threads over from the old sit but I knew I would miss someone. Sooooo....thank you to all of those that worked so hard to bring so many of our favorite threads to our new home.

It has been a tremendous help to me and it has gone a long way in helping all of us to feel like we are right at home.

I would like to know ,what is a "kudo ?"
